Unashamed Youth Ministry
Welcome
What is Unashamed Youth? Our name is based on the Scripture found in Romans 1:16: “For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is God’s power for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek.” The youth ministry here at Francis encourages our Youth to live unashamed lives for Jesus—to worship Him, learn about Him, and to serve others by living for Him. Jesus has changed their life, and they are not ashamed to live it!
Wednesday Night Youth Worship
This is a time where all youth (6th-12th grade) come together for their own corporate worship service. It is a modern worship service followed by a message from one of our Youth Leaders. Afterwards, the youth group is broken up into middle school boys, middle school girls, and high school small groups. In small group, youth discuss what was taught in the worship service. This is a worship and Bible study time geared to engage youth with the love of our Savior.
Youth Events
The Unashamed Youth are always doing something. They go to camp every summer, and throughout the rest of the year, they attend Christian concerts, go play laser tag or paintball, attend a youth retreat, and so much more. All while engaging them with the Gospel of Christ. While we want our youth to have fun (and they will), it is important for us to put them in environments where they can hear the truth of Jesus as well.
